Ms. Cynthia De Vor has over 25 years of experience in public outreach and communications, project coordination, public relations, community sensitive design, commercial real estate, marketing, office management and administrative fields.
As Owner of De Vor Communications, LLC her responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing marketing strategies, lease transactions, and managing studies and projects – often within tight time and budget limits, and supplying continued education to the public concerning transportation issues.
Cynthia works closely with project teams, key stakeholders, businesses, and local and elected officials to ensure the flow of project communication and schedules. She prepares project updates and informational materials for both businesses and residents. Her experience includes organizing public meetings, the creation of presentations; disseminating project information through email updates, one-on-one meetings, and social media; and facilitating monthly business meetings.
Additionally, Cynthia works closely with businesses to help identify and create specific marketing plans and tools that are utilized during construction to help minimize impacts.
