She holds a bachelor's degree in political science and media studies from St. Norbert College, where she led comprehensive campus tours and collaborated with communications professors on the Media Psychology research team.

Before joining De Vor Communications, Ellie gained extensive experience working with local and county governments, including the City of De Pere (WI) and Waukesha County. This background has enhanced her understanding of the critical role stakeholder communication plays in effective governance.

I-39/90/94 Interstate Study

The I-41 Project will reconstruct and expand 23 miles of interstate from four to six lanes between WIS 96 (Wisconsin Avenue) near Appleton and County F (Scheuring Road) in De Pere.
