Jeff De Vor is the Chief Financial Officer at De Vor Communications. Jeff holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and earned his MBA in 1999. He has an established reputation working at large corporations holding the position of Director of Sales and Operations.

He has managed teams that operate in the U.S. and Latin America developing their skills and knowledge within their specific business industries.

Jeff then led a local sales team in the Milwaukee area which evolved into the development of a Comprehensive Solutions business focusing on strategic sales opportunities for primarily public sector customers.

Jeff became an equity partner in a $12M contracting business with offices inWisconsin, Nebraska, and Tennessee. Jeff retired after a lifelong career in the HVAC industry and joined De Vor Communications full-time as Chief Financial Officer.

I-39/90/94 Interstate Study

The primary objective of public involvement in this important study is to provide opportunities for both outreach and feedback; and ultimately, significant interaction with stakeholders and interested parties during this environmental study.

I-41 Project

The I-41 Project will reconstruct and expand 23 miles of interstate from four to six lanes between WIS 96 (Wisconsin Avenue) near Appleton and County F (Scheuring Road) in De Pere.

WIS 50

This $131 million project was needed to address safety and access, poor roadway and bridge conditions, traffic in high-density areas, and to improve the transportability of local traffic and oversized-overweight vehicles (OSOW).
